To elect a "leader" in a democracy means competing against our neighbors for social and economic dominance over them; to outnumber them, or these days - have more corporate donors.
We reject this on moral principle. We are sovereign. Our goals are our own, and whoever rises to certain tasks naturally leads those tasks.
We encourage all who share our vision to join us. Our first goal is a community headquarters.
